Ghost Staff

Just want to talk about a more less-talked-about item here...
Ghost staff just came out recently and i have almost never seen anyone buy it
What are your opinions guys ?
When should it be bought?
Is there any specific hero it should be bought against?

Thought i'll start the ball rolling.
Ghost staff is really effective against those annoying imba dps heros especially during late or even mid game. Eg. Troll , Drow.
Using ghost staff + tp is really effective against them IMO as they can do nothing but watch you tp home.
However, if u get caught by a spell during the duration of ghost staff... DAMN that'll hurt.
I just played a draft yesterday where a drow with +299 dmg watched a 20 life potm run away right before his eyes as he could do absolutely nothing.
If u have ghost staff + movement speed/ escape mechanism, i think it would be a really good escape tool. (like Blink dagger or lothars, only cheaper) It looks cool too !!

I think it's definitely a decent item, more utility of course. But I think the cool shit is the abuse in which you can dodge so many skills (not sure what is the criteria), but it's awesome of course.

btw, does ghost staff stack with Rage? If it does = immunity?

Rage? As in Naix's rage? If its bkb or rage i wont think so...

So I more or less understand the pure damage spells here not being amplified, nor those dependent on other variables (stats, number of heroes in vicinity, and even the physical spells. Why the f*** for the rest though? Serious oversight by Icefrog or some mechanical issue or something? It's not the same as Banish effects since Decrepify doesn't have the same "pros" as Ghost form...

Huh!? Dont quite get wad u mean... That list of spells are spells that using ghost form, u can evade...
Some of them are physical dmg spells so thats why i guess they can be negated. The rest i dont quite know either... havent really tested it out. Maybe icefrog wanted ghost staff to be a more special item? =)
Well i was quite surprised looking at the list that its SUCH A LONG LIST. Wao!

In case it's not clear I'm wondering whether Icefrog meant for the spells to be able to dodged. I know some of them can't be amplified so they probably get evaded but I dont know about the rest.
