Perma- Ban Heroes

So Na, Tc, Undying, Shadow Shaman are currently the "perma-bans" However, with the recent 6.63 nerfs.. Anyone still think they are the perma bans? Discuss -_-.

Shadow Shaman has been ultra-nerfed. The whole pushing idea of it is totally gone. As for na, Im not sure. Tc has also been nerfed. However, it is still pretty perma-banned.

Undying's lost a lot of popularity. I don't like picking it nor banning it. I think after 6.63 most of the top heroes (TC, Bat, CG, Bane, SS, Viper, NA) have been nerfed... Viper probably still strong, CG too.

I think TC needs more nerf.

Na is still strong imo. The high mana burn late game makes up for his reduced lane control early. The dagon buff definitely makes him much stronger.

No one cares about late game potential. The fact is he isn't feared early-mid which is when he's SUPPOSED to be. He can't instagib. In other words, everything that made NA perma-banned is gone. He's like a counter for a few heroes only. That's about it.

indeed NA's mana burn reworked has ruined his "must-ban" or FP choice.

I think TC will sooner or later fade off as a Perma- ban hero...
Its damage has been massively reduced, so has his ancestral spirit and ulti AoE, which really makes him alot harder to play effectively in a serious draft/competitive game. Also, people have learned over the past 1 or 2 versions to react to TC's spells and dodge them alot easier compared to when TC was first drafted alot... so again its effectiveness is weakened...
As for most of the other perma bans ... i think they'll remain getting banned to hell, but lately i've been seeing alot of BB and Enchant bans ...

I dont see why enchant is so gay now. Though her dmg output is alot, she is very vulnarable to ganks and very easily especially with the nerf. Like a lion+another hero gank is a sure death for her?

yea i think so too, i think she needs more survivability items like hood and more bracers to survive.

Yes that is very true, heroes like Lion and Lina can easily wipe her.
However, Enchantress is such a strong hero because it is EXTREMELY versatile.
Tank, Dps, Jungler, Disabler (with guinsoo), Support
You name it, Enchant can fulfill that role ...
Also, impetus is an extremely strong spell especially at lvl 6, where most intels and agils still have pathetic hp and can do nothing but eat your 200 dmg (55 mana cost, i might add) ultimate, instantly improving Enchantress' control.
Talking about Enchantress' control.
Enchant has an amazing attack animation and reasonable dmg. Also, she has HEAL for 140 mana (even though it has a long cooldown) and if necessary (Vs Agils or some Strs probably) Untouchable... which is REALLY effective against dps, early or late game.
Coming back to both your points, indeed she is rather susceptible to gangs and high burst dmg, but if drafted correctly, can easily decide the fate of a game.

Well, the nerf kinda hit Enchant really bad.
But i think its still a really versatile hero.

I suppose it can adapt to situations whereby it is most needed. (Either as a support, tank or jungler)

Enchant is still prolly one of the good heroes. Well, in the past, I felt that she was so gay.( Since she says "Hi Im Gay" the whole time) Well, Her untouchable in the past was fucking gay and if you were a carry, you wouldnt want to feed on her. But now, she looks pretty fragile to me. And yes, I agree that she is easily countered.
